The Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) has revoked the land title of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) secretariat located in Abuja’s central area due to unpaid ground rent exceeding N7 million, dating back to 2006. This decision is part of a larger crackdown on property owners who have defaulted on payments, with over 4,000 landowners affected.

Additionally, more than N200 million has been allocated for Microsoft licenses to transition revenue collection from manual to automated processes. These measures aim to improve efficiency and operational activities within the Abuja metropolitan area.
