The Federal Government of Nigeria has confirmed that the allocation of funds intended for Rivers State will now be managed by the state’s Sole Administrator, Vice Admiral Ibok-Ette Ibas. This decision comes amid the declaration of a state of emergency in the region by President Bola Tinubu.
