Nigerian street pop singer Portable has issued a public apology to Fuji icon King Saheed Osupa following a copyright dispute that led to the removal of Portable’s song from major streaming platforms. The controversy arose when Osupa’s team flagged and took down the track from Apple Music and Spotify, alleging it contained an unauthorized line from one of Osupa’s songs.

Portable’s initial reaction included derogatory comments directed at Osupa, referring to him as ‘big for nothing.’ However, reflecting on the situation, Portable has retracted his statements and expressed regret for the incident.
