The Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) has announced that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has accumulated 28 years of unpaid ground rent for its national secretariat in Abuja, totaling 7.6 million Naira. The FCT’s Director of Lands revealed this information as part of the ongoing discussion regarding the potential revocation of the PDP’s land title for the secretariat.

This situation highlights the importance of meeting financial obligations to maintain land ownership rights in the capital. The issue’s resolution remains pending as both parties work to address the matter.
