The Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) has announced plans to enhance indigenous capacity in Nigeria’s petroleum industry through the 2025 Nigerian Oil and Gas Opportunity Fair (NOGOF).
This initiative aims to bolster local participation and compliance with the Nigerian Content Act, which is currently credited with achieving 56% local value creation in the sector. The upcoming fair is expected to provide a platform for indigenous producers to engage directly with opportunities in the oil and gas industry, reinforcing efforts to increase domestic involvement and development.
