The Federal Capital Territory High Court in Nyanya, Abuja has issued a restraining order against social media activist Martins Otse, known as VeryDarkMan. The order prohibits him from making further defamatory statements against well-known gospel singer Mercy Chinwo.
The legal action follows Chinwo’s lawsuit against VeryDarkMan, where she alleged that his online statements were both false and damaging to her reputation. This court decision aims to prevent further harm to Chinwo’s public image.
