The Federal Capital Territory Police Command operatives have successfully rescued Sambo Labibo, a national of Burkina Faso, from a kidnapping syndicate in Abuja. Labibo was abducted on March 14 from the Durumi Internally Displaced Persons Camp. The kidnappers compelled him to call an associate to demand a ransom of N15 million.
