The Federal High Court in Lagos has mandated businessman Oba Otudeko to appear to address charges linked to an alleged N30 billion fraud. Justice Chukwujekwu Aneke issued the order, requiring Otudeko to respond to the accusations leveled by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
