Osun State’s Commissioner for Information and Public Enlightenment, Kolapo Alimi, has announced plans to pursue legal action against Adebayo Adeleke, a former officeholder and member of the All Progressives Congress (APC). The charges also involve two officials from the Association of Local Government of Nigeria, who, according to Adeleke, conducted questionable transactions. This legal development highlights ongoing tensions within the state’s political landscape, as parties continue to navigate issues of accountability and governance.
