The Comptroller General of the Nigeria Customs Service, Adewale Adeniyi, has encouraged Muslims to utilize the Ramadan period to extend support and empowerment to the less privileged individuals within the community. This message was conveyed on Thursday in Abuja during the Iftar and daily feeding at the Al-Habibiyya Mosque, where approximately 2,500 fasting Muslims were provided with meals.
The emphasis on charity and support during Ramadan aligns with the broader social and religious practices associated with the holy month, aimed at fostering community support and empathy towards those in need.
