The Narai Foundation, a non-governmental organization, has initiated efforts to address the pressing issue of the heat wave affecting residents of Nasarawa State by rehabilitating water facilities. The focus of their work is in the Karu Local Government Area, where the restoration of boreholes is underway.

This initiative aims to improve water access for communities struggling with the effects of the ongoing heat wave. The rehabilitation of these facilities is expected to alleviate some of the heat-related challenges by ensuring a stable supply of water to the affected areas.
